Thank you Dewey!!! I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service at Discount Tire on Bluebonnet Blvd. I was in a situation where I needed a tire replaced so I could make the drive back to Texas, and the team went above and beyond to help me. I’m extremely grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile when I really needed it. This is exactly what customer service should look like. If you’re looking for a tire shop that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Discount Tire on Bluebonnet Blvd!

I called and spoke to Dewey about my car driving funny on the highway but due to my work schedule, I wouldn’t be able to come into the shop any earlier than 30 minutes prior to closing. He was so helpful and reassuring that they would still be able to service me when I showed up and that’s exactly what they did! I really appreciate his quality of care and awesome customer service! I would recommend them to anybody looking for a tire services.

Grok recommended Discount Tire service on Bluebonnet for my Tesla Y rotation. It was great advice. I called ahead to assure they had the lift pucks for the Tesla and they did. And Jack, the assistant manager told me to come on in they were not that busy. I had great service and the rotation -and balancing -was free. Obviously, I recommend them to other Tesla owners and will certainly consider them when it’s time for new tires. Great experience.
